The Carlton venue is free to hire for your event if you have over 100 guests. Less than 100 guest we charge £150.00 to hire the venue.
We require a £150.00 deposit to book and secure your date at the time of booking. Your party won't be booked or confirmed until your deposit is received. Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking, any breakages will result in your deposit being lost or deducted. We forbid the use of any confetti cannons/balloons being used; your deposit will not be returned if confetti are used.
You must use our in-house Dj at a charge of £200.00 this is payable 7 days before your event. You can contact us 7 days before the event to arrange times for set-up of catering and room decorations etc.
All outside catering equipment and rubbish must be removed on the night of your event, failure to do so will result in £100.00 being taken from your deposit for rubbish removal and storage
Only drinks bought on site to be consumed at our venue, any drinks found on site will be removed and disposed of.
